✓ You can apply for a travel visa for Nepal at your country's Nepalese Embassy or Consulate Office. Likewise, you also have the option to apply for an on-arrival visa that you can obtain upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
Most countries are eligible for on-arrival visas. However, citizens of some countries cannot get them. So, we suggest you check the details of the Nepal travel visa before deciding how you want to apply for a Nepal travel visa.
2) How difficult is the Manaslu Circuit trek?
✓ The Manaslu Circuit trek difficulty is strenuous. It is an offbeat, remote trek with limited tourist infrastructure. The trekking route is steep in many sections and requires good fitness. This trek also crosses a high mountain pass.
3) What services are available in the Manaslu trekking package?
✓ Our Manaslu Circuit trek package included services like accommodation and breakfast in Kathmandu, all accommodations and three meals a day during trekking, transportation, permits, guide and porter, all taxes, and the company's service charge.

✓ Yes, travel insurance is mandatory if you want to trek in the Manaslu region. It must cover emergency helicopter evacuation and medical bills. You can include other coverage as well in the insurance.

✓ Our team will pick you up from the airport on your arrival day and drop you off at the international airport on your departure day. We provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off to our guests.
6) When would be the best time to trek to Manaslu?
✓ The best time to trek to Manaslu is in the spring and autumn seasons. March to May and September to November have the best weather conditions for enjoying the beauty and adventure of the Manaslu region.
You will enjoy stable weather and a mild climate. Likewise, long daylight hours and clear skies offer you the best mountain views.
7) Do I get internet service during the Manaslu Circuit trek?
✓ The internet service or network along the Manaslu Circuit trek route is unreliable. Once you go deep into the region, there is no network at all. You will travel off-grid for many days. For emergency communication, we use satellite phones, which our guide will be equipped with.
8) Can I drink running water on the Manaslu trek?
✓ Yes, you can drink running water on the Manaslu trek; however, make sure to treat the water with the water purification tablet or Steirpen before having it.
9) Can I use credit cards around the Manasu region?
✓ No, you cannot use credit cards on the Manaslu Circuit trek or anywhere in the Manaslu region. The trekking routes do not have ATMs, either. You have to withdraw money in Kathmandu to use during the trek.
Even though our Manaslu Circuit trek cost covers all the major expenses, trekkers will be responsible for personal expenses such as hot showers, charging, WiFi, and extra food and drinks.
Therefore, carry ample Nepali rupee with you for the journey as per your spending habits.
11) Which is the highest peak in the Manaslu region?
✓ Mt. Manaslu, situated at 8,163 meters above sea level, is the highest mountain in the Manaslu region. You will reach the Manaslu Base Camp during the Manaslu Circuit trekking.
12) Is Larkya La Pass very difficult for beginner trekkers?
✓ Yes, crossing the Larkya La Pass is quite difficult for beginner trekkers. It requires patience, strength, endurance, and previous experience. Our guide will support you while crossing the pass, but you still have to handle the pressure and effort that comes with crossing a mountain pass in the Himalayas.
13) What is the cost of Manaslu Circuit trek permits?
✓ The Manaslu Circuit trek requires a restricted permit, the Manaslu Conservation Area permit, and the Annapurna Conservation Area permit.
The restricted area permit for the Manaslu region costs USD 100 per person for the first seven days and an additional USD 15 per person per day from the eighth day onwards if you trek between September to November.
Likewise, this permit costs USD 75 per person for the first seven days and an additional USD 10 per person per day from the eighth day onwards if you trek between December and August.
Similarly, the cost of both conservation area permits is USD 30 each per person.
14) How high will we reach during the Manaslu Circuit trek?
✓ The highest point on the Manaslu Circuit trek is Larkya La Pass, which is 5,106 meters above sea level.
15) Can you do a Manaslu Circuit trek without a guide?
✓ No, you cannot do the Manaslu Circuit trek without a guide. As per the rules, all non-Nepali travelers must do the trek with a local Nepali-registered guide in a group of at least two trekkers.
Not only that, but the trek must also be organized by a locally registered company like ours. Independent guides cannot help you obtain the restricted area permit.
16) Is the Manaslu Circuit trek harder than the Everest Base Camp trek?
✓ Yes, the Manaslu Circuit trek is harder than the Everest Base Camp trek. The Manaslu Circuit trail is not doable like Everest, and the facilities for the trekkers are much more basic as well.
