About Guerrilla Trek

Guerrilla Trek is a newly explored trekking trail in Nepal.Trekking through the region will provide great opportunity to discover Magar cultures and various other ethnic groups, undiluted people’s lifestyles, people’s wars history and places, pasture lands, magnificent Dhorpatan regions with dense pine tree forests. If you are looking Luxury like Everest Base camp or Annapurna region it is very Basic accommodation and menu.

This is virgin Trail  for the trekkers. you can enjoy with Kham (Magar) cultural more that passes through the districts of Myagdi, Baglung, Rukum, and Rolpa. It is great to walk through the history of the Maoists’ People’s Movement. The trek is characterized by moderately difficult by steep uphill and downhill terrains. This Trek was an explorer in 2012. Guerrilla trek offers the Scenic Himalayan range, thick Rhododendron forests, birds, rivers, hills and mountains and vast  Dhorpatan regions the only hunting reserve in Nepal. Guerilla Trek is an adventure in a remote and New explored Trekking tail in Nepal where nature’s beauty is at its best and history of Nepal’s ten years revolution sprung up. This trek known as the epicenter of people’s revolution and the trails were used by guerrilla during the ten-years-long revolution (1996-2006).

The fascinating highlights of the trek is a great walk through the history of the Maoists’ People’s Movement. The trek is characterized by moderately difficult by steep uphill and downhill terrains.

Day 01 : Arrived Kathmandu

On this particular day, you will land at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu where you will be warmly received by the representative staffs from Beyond the Limits Treks and Expedition. From TIA, you will be transferred to the hotel in a comfortable vehicle. Arriving in the hotel royal suite Kathmandu. we will be briefing you on the detailed itinerary. Stay overnight in hotel Royal suite Kathmandu ( Bed and Breakfast ).

We will provide you with a guide who will take you to the famous cultural and historical sites of Kathmandu. You can visit Boudhanath (Buddhist shrine), Pashupatinath (sacred Hindu temple), Swayambhunath (monkey temple), etc. are the UNESCO-enlisted world heritage sites.

A: Patan Durbar Square:
Situated in the heart of Patan city, Patan Durbar was once the palace of the kings of Patan. The square is a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the regime of the Malla kings who were great patrons of the arts & culture.

B: SWAYAMBHUNATH STUPA :

Situated 3 km west of Kathmandu, it is one of the holiest Buddhist stupas in Nepal. It is said to have evolved spontaneously when the valley was created out of a primordial lake more than 2,000 years ago. Swayambhunath is the oldest of its kind in Nepal and has numerous shrines and monasteries on its premises.

C: PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE

Pashupatinath is Situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. The temple of Pashupatinath is considered one of the holiest Hindu temples in the world. The two-tiered pagoda having golden roofs and silver doors houses the sacred linga, or phallic symbol, of Lord Shiva. The temple existed before 400 A.D. Near the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River lies Guheswari Temple as well. according to mythology, a portion of Sati Devi, Lord Shiva’s consort, fell when a grief-stricken Shiva wandered & was mad across the earth carrying her dead body on his shoulders following her self-immolation.

D: BOUDDHANATH STUPA

Boudhanath is Situated 8 km to the east of downtown Kathmandu. Bauddhanath is one of the most imposing landmarks in Kathmandu which is visible as soon as you land at the Tribhuvan International Airport. It is the biggest stupa in the Kathmandu Valley and Boudhanath is the center of Tibetan Buddhism.

Today we will start our trek it is a nice land escape with magar culture with different vegetation. This is the trekking route that has been used by Maoist rebels after attacking Beni the district headquarters of Maygdi. meals B.L.D

Today our trek accent and nice route. you will not see any tourists. it is totally different then other trekking trail. food and accommodation are very basic. Trek starts after having breakfast at Lodge and it is a nice and easy day down but it is a gentle walk. Dhorepatan is the only Hunting reserve in Nepal. It is va ery popular trip for those who like to hunt wild animals like Naur and some kind of deer. It is nice Valley stay at lodge meals B.L.D
