Helambu Gosaikunda Trekking is a short-distance trekking starting route from Kathmandu. This trek is along the famous Helambu cultural village and holy Lake of Gosainkunda Although it’s easily accessible from SundariJal or Dhunche. A foray into this region doesn’t require any flights so local transportation is used. Sundarijal and Shyabrubesi are the most renowned starting points for trekking hereabouts. As only a few adventurers have hiked in this region, the trek is more exciting and full of breathtaking views. The area was declared Nepal’s first Himalayan National Park in 1971 which has Ganesh Himal Ruby Valley to the west and Gosaikunda and Helambu region to the south. The trek also offers a splendid panorama of Mt. Manaslu. Langtang region is the homeland of the Tamang and Sherpa communities who are rather more like Tibetans just across the border of this area based on their culture and customs. Temperate and sub-alpine vegetation are available in the forests of this region. Holy Gosaikunda Lake, The Tamang heritage route, the popular Kyangjin Gompa, a Cheese factory & green pastures are just some of the highlights of this region that offer deep insights into the rural village life in Nepal.

This day you will land at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu where you will be warmly received by the representative staff from Beyond the Limit Treks and Expedition. From Tribhuban International Airport (TIA), you will be transferred to the hotel in a comfortable vehicle. These tiny things show how much we care for you. Arriving at the hotel we will discuss the detailed itinerary. Stay overnight in a hotel.
Drive from Beyond the Limits Trek's head office in Thamel to Sundari Jal for about one hour, enjoying the natural world. Viewing the Waterfall, and watershed and walking through the Tamang village at Sundarijal will take you to Chisopani which means cold water. The trail from Sundarijal goes to the ridge of Shivapuri hill stairs steeply until Borlang Bhanjyang (2423 m) via Tamang settlement Mulkharka. Borland is perfect for having a gorgeous view of Mt.Langtang, Choba Bhamre, Ganchenpo, Shishapangma, Ladies Peak, and Dorje Lakpa. From Borlang Bhanjyang trail goes another three hundred meters to Chisopani. Stay overnight in the lodge.
After breakfast trek to Kutumsang which takes about seven hours. The trail continues to drop from Chisopani on a good, sometimes level, trail that crosses meadows and fields. You will then descend through Pathi Bhanjyang to Gul Bhanjyang. The trail climbs the ridge from Gul Bhanjyang to another pass at 2620m. The meadow makes a good camping spot, its downhill to Kutumsang at 2470m, in a saddle atop the ridge, Overnight at tea house/lodge.
After breakfast trek to Thara pati which takes about five hours. The trek continues north up the Yurin Danda ridge and affords views of the peaks. The trail climbs above Kutumsang on a steep, eroded trail mostly through fir and rhododendron forests where there are no permanent settlements. Now you will be in Tharepati. There are a few lodges and Goths (Domestic Animal Shed) and overnight Tea houses.
After having breakfast in the Lodge in Tharepati the trail goes a little down and walking a Nepali flat with oak forest and bamboo forest have lunch in Ghopte and trek to Phedi overnight at lthe odge with B/L/D

After breakfast at Shyabru village walking throw the Shyabru village and forest enjoying the view of the Langtang river reached Lama Hotel overnight lodge B/L/D.
After breakfast, your trekking will start for begging you walking through the forest and flow the Langtang river when you will be in Ghodatabela in your lunch place, you will see the Langtang Lirung mountain and another peak more than a 7000m mountain you will see walk Nepali flat than you arrive Langtang Village overnight Lodge B/L/D
Waking up to sun rising mountain may make you so glad to come to this area after some hard days of driving and walking the route washed by the earthquake. We will have breakfast, shortly pack baggage, and head towards a short trek to Kyanjin Gompa. Walking far makes you leave some mountains and encounter more mountains and slowing disappearing trees and appearing small shrubs and bushes grew on this altitude makes the scenery so amazing within every hour. Kyanjin Gompa welcomes us with Kynjin ri and terkuri behind and langtang, Yala peak and Naya Khang on the side with horse buffering fields will be another fabulous experience to be here in mid-afternoon. To day hike from Kyanjing Gompa to Tserko Ri (4,984m) it is nice and easy walked first part and crossing the river offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Langtang Himalayan range. Starting early, the trail ascends steeply, passing yak pastures and rugged terrain. Reaching the summit, you'll be rewarded with majestic vistas of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, and Shishapangma. The hike also showcases stunning glaciers, dramatic landscapes, and vibrant prayer flags fluttering in the wind. After soaking in the views, descend to Kyanjing Gompa, where you can enjoy the serene beauty of the valley. This challenging yet rewarding hike takes 7-8 hours round trip.

The trek from Sherpa Gaun to Syabru Besi is a gradual descent through dense forests and traditional villages. The trail passes terraced fields, crossing suspension bridges over the Langtang River. You'll encounter diverse flora and fauna, with chances to spot local wildlife. As you descend further, the landscape transitions to a warmer climate. After 5-6 hours of trekking, you'll reach Syabru Besi, a charming town and the gateway to the Langtang region.
